Elektromontaż Poznań is one of the most experienced contractors in the electrical installation industry in Poland.

Last 10 years were a period of an intensive business development.
It was the time of opening up to new markets, including foreign ones, consolidating our presence in the power engineering and industry segments, and last but not least, the time of signing and completing over 260 contracts with the total value of more than 1.6 billion PLN.

In 2019r. In 2019 the shareholding structure of the Company changed: PG Energy Capital Management Sp. z o.o. became an owner of 72.1% of shares, whereas Bank BNP Paribas S.A. and Willet Sp. z o.o. own the stakes of 15.2% and 12.7% respectively.

In 2010r. the conducted audits confirmed the compliance of our Integrated Management System with the standards PN-EN ISO 9001: 2009, AQAP 2110: 2009, PN-EN ISO 14001: 2005, PN-N 18001: 2004, PN-ISO / IEC 27001: 2007.

After 2000 Privatization allowed access to modern know-how and provided financial resources for stable development.

90's It is a period of many changes, however it is still a strong period of expansion and development for us. This is reflected in the construction works for many well-known Polish and foreign companies. In 1999, an important event in the life of our company took place, our company was privatized. In the newly established joint-stock company, 51% of the shares were acquired by Citibank Handlowy and Budimex. The remaining 49% was retained by the State Treasury.

70-80 years During these years, we have developed a solid position in the entire north-west Poland. Our projects are, among others: Cegielski Poznań, Wiepofama, Fabryka Stali Rollo i Pomet in Poznań, Stilon and Ursus in Gorzów Wlkp., Zastal in Zielona Góra, Elana in Toruń, Zakłady Chemiczne in Police. Starting from the 1970s, Elektromontaż Poznań participated in construction sites in the Middle and Far East, in Africa, and also in Europe, in Germany, Austria, Sweden, the Czech Republic, now Ukraine and Russia.

The year 1963 A workshop, warehouse, equipment and administration base was built in Poznań at ul. Wieruszowska, where the headquarters of Elektromontaż Poznań is still located today.

60's Over the years, we have developed a leading position in the production of equipment and the assembly of industrial power installations. The constant desire to improve and the company's development was reflected in the company's participation in the most important investment projects in Greater Poland.

The year 1959 In 1959, we became an independent enterprise.

The year 1949 The management of Grupa Robót - Poznań was established as a field unit of the Wrocław Electrical Assembly. This group covered electrical works on the construction of industrial facilities in the Poznań and Zielona Góra provinces.
