The company is managed by a two-person Management Board, which includes:

• Tomasz Bochna - President of the Board

He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Poznań University of Technology. He also completed a one-year management course in the ICAN Institute, based on Harvard Business School''s program. He is a member of the District Chamber of Civil Engineers in Greater Poland.

• Marek Pokrywka - Member of the Board, Commercial Director

Graduated from the Technical University of Poznań, Elektromontaż employee since 1972. Site Manager until 1985, then Work Group Manager. Building and Assembly Production Manager in the years 1997-1998, Commercial Director since January 2005.
 

Moreover, the following person is entitled to represent the Company:

• Łukasz Szymański - Director of Legal and Organisational Affairs

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also completed a lawyer''s apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Poznań, as well as Postgraduate Accounting Studies at the University of Economics in Poznań.
