Fiqus Marcelin is a building with 250 residential units, an underground garage and an area for trade and services located on the ground floor. According to the investor (and our client at the same time) - Nickel Development, the complex will additionally have multifunctional common areas: 3 observation and recreation terraces on cascading roofs, a green internal patio and a common living room - a place for work and entertainment.
Within the scope of the commissioned task, Elektromontaż Poznań will execute complete sanitary and HVAC installations together with connections.
Completion of the works is planned for early 2023.
