A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. He also completed an attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Poznań, as well as Postgraduate Accounting Studies at the University of Economics in Poznań.

Since 2010, a member of the Wielkopolska District Bar Association based in Poznań. Participant of a number of specialist trainings in the field of law and finance and holder of the Accounting Certificate of the Ministry of Finance.

He has been practicing law since 2010, first as part of his own law firm and then as an individual law firm. Previously, he also served as a proxy in one of the Poznań-based tax advisory and accounting companies.

In the course of his professional activities, he has participated and advised in numerous transactions and projects, including:

• in enterprise purchase transactions;
• in transactions of transformations and divisions of companies,
• implementation of joint venture projects with the use of special purpose vehicles using the sale of the enterprise or its organized part (also with the participation of foreign investors),
• in drafting and negotiating investment agreements,
• legal advice on real estate sale transactions,
• in the case of subjective changes within both capital and personal commercial companies,
• establishment and liquidation of commercial companies,

and also dealt with ongoing legal services for companies.

He has an advanced command of English. 

He has been associated with Elektromontaż Poznań since 2015. From March to September 2019. he was a Member of the Management Board, Legal and Organizational Director. Currently in the position of - Legal and Organizational Director, Proxy.
