He graduated from the Electrical Faculty of the Poznań University of Technology. Has extensive knowledge and practical skills in organizing and managing production in construction and assembly companies. He completed many training courses in management and marketing. He speaks English and Russian and is a member of the Wielkopolska Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers. 

He has building and design qualifications in the field of electrical networks and installations. He has been an employee of Elektromontaż since 1972. 

Until 1985, site manager, then Manager of the Works Group. In the years 1997–1998 he was the Head of Construction and Assembly Production, and from January 1999 he was the Deputy Production Director. 

From November 1999 to September 2019. - Member of the Board. Since January 2005, he has held the position of Commercial Director. He is responsible for the Directors of the Regions and the Offering and Production Preparation Office.
